HONEY SRIRACHA BEEF
COOKING TIME: 15 MINUTES
1 pound top sirloin beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons pure honey
3 tablespoons Sky Valley Foods Sriracha
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1.Add cubed beef, Sky Valley Foods Sriracha, canola oil, soy sauce, cinnamon, cumin, and salt in a ziplock bag.
2.Let it marinade in the fridge for at least an hour but preferably longer.
3.Heat the grill, grill pan, or griddle to a medium high heat. Sear until it is cooked through about 2-3 minutes per side.
4.Add veggies, and beef to skewers and ENJOY!
